Dear Members, Players and Supporters,
Dookie United Football Netball Club has been approached to assist with the running of the much publicized “Dookie Earthed” Arts Event in Dookie on Saturday 4th October. In return for our donation of volunteer hours in the various roles on the day, Dookie United Football Netball Club will be given much needed funds which will assist the club to cover operating costs for the 2015 season. The Dookie Earthed committee are looking for volunteers as Parking Attendants, Gate Attendants, Pedestrian Marshalls, and Survey Monitors. Dookie United Football Netball Club will also be running the BBQ breakfast Saturday and Sunday for those participants of Dookie Earthed staying overnight at Dookie Rec Reserve. I have attached a volunteer roster outlining the roles with brief descriptions so if you are able to spare some time in helping Dookie Earthed and Dookie United you can add your name to the selected role and timeslot. You will have the opportunity to have a look around the venue on completion of your duty and have a bite to eat care of the Dookie Earthed committee with their meal and drink voucher as acknowledgement of your support as a volunteer for the event.

I would greatly appreciate if you could complete the attached form and forward it back to me by Tuesday 30th September so Dookie United FNC can provide an estimate number of volunteers to the Dookie Earthed committee.
